I've made another website

This could be my new portfolio

I'm a web developer from Sydney, Australia. I'm currently working for a lovely agency, and I enjoy the work a lot, but I know I need to keep practicing and challenging myself to ensure I keep developing my ... developer skills.

I haven't had much time lately to work on anything personal, so I thought I would make another portfolio. I might try make this a blog as well. Update it with things I learn or figure out. I could be like all those other cool devs that have a page with all their tech and software stuff they use. It's also a place to express my creativity. I know that if I don't let it out I start thinking crazy thoughts like imagining that I could become a game developer.

Anyway, here's some stuff I've been working on lately:

• Animated "wallpapers"
• This website, I suppose, is something too. I already had a website but I just love the vibe of Neocities and so I had to build something new that felt more retro. I'm not a designer though so I don't know how this will turn out.
  • Yeah the more I work on this the less retro it feels. I admit that I took inspiration from a couple of other Neocities sites (this was before I knew how to follow pages so I have since lost the link), but yeah there isn't really anything that looks retro/90s/webcore/y2k about this page at all. I suppose that's a good thing. I admire those who strive to imitate the style, but I guess I don't actually really like it all that much.
